Do you have a special occasion coming up that you would like to honor with family or friends? Pure Light offers a unique pairing of candlemaking, celebration and ceremony, designed to inspire creativity, move positive energy and allow time for conversation. Make your gathering uniquely your own!
What to expect
- Guests begin with the creativity of candlemaking, as they make their own candles in our unique candle studio. This makes for a fun start and allows guests to leave with special memories and a handmade memento of the occasion.
- Next, guests move into the ceremony room for a special blessing ceremony. Here, guests gather with positive intentions toward the guest of honor. Nature and spirituality are used as the guiding light as we gather around the Compass Rose and call to the four directions asking for the movement of loving and positive energy.
- Finally, after ceremony, the group moves under our festive, bamboo lanai to celebrate with a feast catered by Pure Light from some of the finest restaurants in Laguna. While you're dining, we will be cooling your candles and stringing together a blessing necklace for the guest of honor, so that everything is ready when you're gathering is complete.
Types of Ceremonies
Anniversary – An Anniversary blessing honors and celebrates years spent together with loving thoughts.
Baby – A Blessing Way for Baby ceremony offers blessings and support for the expectant mother with a ceremony grounded in love and peace for the upcoming delivery of her child.
Birthday Blessing – A Birthday blessing is a celebration meant to honor one’s special and unique qualities, while being surrounded by loving thoughts and energy from friends and family.
Bride – A Blessing Way for Brides ceremony offers love and support during this transformation celebration as the bride begins her journey into a new life of marriage.
Closure – A Closure ceremony honors the completion of a cycle in life’s journey and helps aide in the process of moving on into the future.
Coming of Age – A Coming of Age ceremony, for young women or men, is a valuable experience providing important knowledge and support during this life-changing passage.
Goddess – A Goddess Gathering ceremony is for women coming together to honor and support one another through life’s passages.
Honoring Accomplishments – An Honoring ceremony is a blessing for recognizing and celebrating life’s accomplishments.
Support – A Support ceremony is held to bring encouragement and positive energy to someone during difficult times, such as health or relationship struggles.
